The new Blazer-inspired Nike Player hasn’t really hit it off with the guys, which was sort of expected as we’re a picky bunch and happen to love our Blazers exactly as they’ve been for years on end. However, women never really seem to agree to much with us, therefore Nike’s gonna try their luck with the female enthusiasts out there and see if they can have some better results.
While the two versions released so far for the guys use canvas uppers, the first release of the Nike Player for the women sports a water repellent, solid purple nylon base. Contrasting shades of white appear on the eyelets, Swoosh and Nike branding on the heel, as well as on the tired vulcanized sole unit.
