Air Jordan 1 “Phat” Low | White / White / Grey

If you were excited about the prospect of picking up the Air Jordan 1 “Phat” Low in ostrich materials in a white colorway, you will be disappointed because the kicks will release in an altered form. ADIDAS X JAMES BOND FOR DAVID BECKHAM

After the success of last season’s ObyO collection which saw Jeremy Scott, Kazuki Kuraishi and Alyasha Moore design capsule pieces for adidas, everyone has been kicking curve balls waiting to see what soccer legend and fashionista freak David Beckham would come up with. As the new designer on board for this season’s ObyO range, Beckham has employed the masterful eye of UNDFTD’s James Bond and together they have collaborated on a selection that respects the Originals template with re-workings that bring each sneaker into the here and now. The latest offering showcases the technical outdoor Marathon TR Mid (with hints to Mr West’s LV shoe design with that little tassel action going on at the tongue) and the vintage inspired referee rockin’ Official High. Looking set to launch in late June.

NIKE AUTO FLIGHT HIGH

You may be mistaken for thinking the Nike Auto Flight High looks incredibly similar to the Nike Air Flight Lite High – well, that’s because it is. With a few freaky tweaks, like taking a Nike Blazer sole and infusing it on the Lite upper, the Auto has a more casual feel than its B-ball brother. You can pick up the Jordan colourway at Osneaker now.

Air Jordan 1 - Fall 2009 Preview

So far this year, the Air Jordan 1 has been placed into heavy rotation with the release of an overwhelming number of colorways and alternate versions. It appears that there is no sign of that trend slowing down as Jordan Brand has seven new Air Jordan 1 models slated for release over the next three months. There will be three new versions of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High, including a fresh White/Grand Purple version, a slick Black/Shadow Grey pair and the Black ostrich skin edition that we showed you a few days ago. The Air Jordan 1 High Strap will also be making its return in Purple/Maize/White and White/Madeira/Ginger. Rounding out the collection will be two white Air Jordan 1 Phat low models, one with an ice sole and the other with a Shadow Grey Swoosh that is made from material similar to the chenille letter from a varsity jacket. These are all scheduled to hit stores between July and September.

Air Jordan Force IV (AJF 4) - Collection Preview

By now, we’re sure you’ve already seen all these versions of the Air Jordan Force IV, and now, the first colorways are already beginning to hit stores. Not only does this Fusion model stay very close to the original Air Jordan IV design, but in the case of all four versions seen above, Jordan Brand has stuck to the legendary OG colorways on each. While it seems that some will never accept Fusions as part of the Jordan family, this AJF 4 collection does a good job of sticking to the traditional aesthetics of the shoe and forcing even a few haters to consider making an exception for a pair of these. Even if they’re not your thing, at least tip your hat to Jordan Brand for keeping these official in terms of the original colorways. All four will be dropping between July and September, so keep reading after the jump for specific release info and a closer look at the kicks.

Celebrity Feet: Diddy - Air Yeezy - Black - Pink

Sean “Diddy” Combs definitely seems to love his Nike x Kanye West Air Yeezy’s, the rapper/entertainment mogul has been seen wearing them twice in the past week. Diddy wore the Black and Pink Yeezy’s to the Opening Night For “The Rock N Roll Of Hip Hop” Photo Exhibit this past Friday and then again to his Circoc 2009 BET Awards Party on Saturday. Diddy who has set a number of trends during his career seems to be a little late to the Air Yeezy “trend” but none the less he’s able to pull them off, even if he wore them on consecutive nights.
